SMS & Communications

Providing a phone number alone does not grant permission to send SMS messages. SMS consent must be collected explicitly via optional consent checkboxes on our website forms.

• Opt-In: Prospective clients opt in to receive SMS messages from AMROS Systems by visiting https://amrossystems.com, completing a website form that collects their phone number, and selecting one or both optional SMS consent checkboxes (transactional/informational and/or marketing). The consent checkboxes are not required to submit the form. Users who supply a phone number may optionally select the checkboxes to agree to receive SMS messages.
• Message Types: You may receive appointment reminders, account updates, and promotional marketing messages.
• Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 623-264-0600. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance or contact support@amrossystems.com.
• Condition of Purchase: Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Data Sharing Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

AMROS Systems does not sell, rent, or share your opt-in data or personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
